Healthy Dairy Free Smoothie Bowl Recipe

Are you trying to avoid Dairy Food for you health and want your see results on your skin?

A lot of people are scared when they can' t use Cow Milk, there are plenty of other options!
To make this beautiful and tasteful bowl you need :

  • Almond Milk (Coconut Milk is good too )
  • 1 frozen Banana to give consistency 
  • 1 peach a Fistful of blueberries 
  • 1 peach
  • 1 teaspoon of Cinnamon  , it is really good to reduce sugar level on your blood
I decorate it with a bunch of almond and Conconut  Flour, you can really use your imagination and add every type of fruit.
This is  a really good meal to start the day or a healthy dessert/ snack break during the day !
